ESL (English as a Second Language)

The English as a Second Language (ESL) Program provides support to students learning the English language. ESL instruction is a special approach for developing English language proficiency, using a program of classes aimed at developing English grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and communication skills. In addition to the ESL curriculum, students receive academic instruction in all other mainstream classes taught in English, with the support of classroom aides and native language materials as needed.

CAKE DECORATING

Basic cake decorating class. Learn how to use piping bags and tips to create one of-a-kind designs. Courses will cover different icings and uses, how to stack tier cakes and the use of fondant. Students will learn how to make roses, lattice work, and borders in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Class requirement: Course 1 Kit. Discount coupon will be provided.

BASIC COMPUTER COURSE

This course is designed for all those people who have or do not have experience with computers. Students will learn about the most basic programs. They will even be introduced to the world of the internet. This is an excellent program for beginners. Students will learn to navigate the Internet, send email, use Microsoft Word, save, print, and much more.

This class provides students with the basic skills and information about plumbing work, upcoming technology and the history of the field including hands on experience. Topic areas will include plumbing principles and operations, pipe repairs, replacements and adjustments, safety regulations, plumbing theory, types of piping.
